| ORDERING INFORMATION
We happily accept orders in the following ways. Order Online, by Mail, by FAX, or by Phone. To order Online complete the Order Form and press SUBMIT. To order by Mail or Fax complete the order form, print the order form and Mail or Fax (toll free at : 800-591-5976) your order to us. Phone orders may be placed by calling our toll free number at (800) 591-5976, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., Mountain Time. Upon completing your order please enter the Total Purchase amount on the order form. Then using the Shipping and Handling information shown on the order from enter the Shipping charges on the order form. Add the Total Purchase and Shipping charges together to determine the Total Amount Due. SPECIAL ORDERS OR QUESTIONS If you have questions or special request, perhaps a necklace length that is not shown or a special color combination you enjoy, please enter them in the Comments box on the order form. Email your questions or special request to us or call us on our toll free number. For your protection all credit card transactions are processed through a secure server. Retail Accounts are Net 30 upon approved credit. WHOLESALE BUYERS We welcome all retailers and will be very happy to provide you with our wholesale pricing information upon request. To receive access to our wholesale pricing list you must provide us with your Business Name and Tax ID Number. This information may be provided by telephone, e-mail or fax. ORDER PROCESSING If you are paying by check or money order, your order will be held until the funds have been deposited in our bank. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the shipment of most orders. Additional time may be required depending on product or material availability beyond our control. We will contact you if any delays occur with your order. YOUR GUARANTEE We guarantee all of our products. If , for any reason, a product does not meet your expectations, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. We will provide you with a return authorization number which you must include with the return shipment. All items must be returned in the "as shipped" condition whenever possible. We will happily refund you money, exchange the item at your request, or issue a credit (less shipping cost). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
